The project of Integral Quality Management in Lika destination is starting


first_imgThe event was attended by about 80 representatives of protected nature areas, private renters, owners of restaurants, hotels, camps, tourist boards, agricultural producers and other stakeholders in the tourist sector of Lika destination.  By the way, the branding of Lika Destination started in 2015 through the INTEGRA LIKA 2020 project, which was launched by LAG LIKA, and today it is operationally implemented by the Lika Destination Cluster. The implementation of this project will improve the uniformity of service quality and supply.  In order to make a significant step forward in measuring the quality of sustainable destination development, Plitvice Lakes National Park and the Lika Destination Cluster have signed an agreement with Feel IQM on the implementation of the IQM Destination Lika project.
